Why ImplantBridge exists

The problem

Most people approach implants backwards.
Clinic websites are designed to book appointments, not answer questions. Patients end up in consultations they weren't ready for — confused about cost, unsure about the process, and easy to overwhelm. ImplantBridge sits before that conversation.

What we do

Guidance before a decision, not during one.
We help you understand whether implants are a realistic option for your situation. If they are, we connect you with a vetted clinic whose specialty and location match what you need. If they're not, we'll tell you that too.

How we work

Patient-first. Transparent about how we're paid.
ImplantBridge is free for patients. When someone decides to move forward with treatment, the clinic covers our coordination fee — not you. We're not paid per lead or per click, which means we're not incentivised to push people through. Many people who come to us aren't ready, or aren't suitable. That's part of how this works.
