1. About ImplantBridge

ImplantBridge is a patient guidance platform operated by Jack Conway (ABN 15 798 487 692). We help Australians understand whether dental implants may be worth exploring before they speak with a dental clinic. Our service includes an online eligibility quiz to assess pre-clinical indicators, an Implant Guidance Call with a member of our team, and where appropriate, an introduction to a vetted partner clinic. ImplantBridge is not a dental provider. We are not registered with AHPRA and do not hold registration under any health practitioner registration category. We are not a healthcare service, a clinical advisory service, or a regulated health service as defined under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our websites (implantbridge.com.au or check.implantbridge.com.au), completing our eligibility quiz, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be available at implantbridge.com.au/terms.

3. Eligibility to use the service

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our service. Our service is intended for individuals located in Australia. By using our service, you represent that you are 18 or older, you are located in Australia, you are using the service for your own genuine pre-clinical guidance purposes, and all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. What ImplantBridge is — and is not

What we do: ImplantBridge provides pre-clinical guidance. We help you understand whether dental implants may be worth investigating further, based on the information you provide in our quiz. We connect people who meet pre-clinical eligibility indicators with vetted dental clinics that offer implant services.

What we do not do: We do not provide clinical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. We do not assess your clinical suitability for dental implants — that assessment can only be made by a qualified dental professional following an in-person clinical examination. We do not guarantee that dental implants are appropriate for you, nor do we guarantee the quality, outcomes, or results of any treatment provided by a clinic to which we introduce you. We are not a dental referral service and do not act as agent for any clinic. We are not an intermediary in the clinical relationship between you and any dental provider.

This distinction is critical. Eligibility (whether you are likely to be a suitable candidate based on self-reported pre-clinical indicators) is what ImplantBridge assesses. Suitability (whether dental implants are clinically appropriate for you) is a clinical determination that must be made by a registered dental professional.

5. The eligibility quiz

Our online quiz is a pre-clinical screening tool. Quiz results: are based entirely on information you self-report; do not constitute a clinical assessment or diagnosis; do not constitute a guarantee, recommendation, or endorsement of any treatment; do not indicate that dental implants are clinically appropriate for you; and may not reflect your actual clinical situation. A positive quiz result does not mean dental implants will be recommended or appropriate following a professional clinical assessment. You should not make any health or financial decisions based solely on the results of our quiz.

6. The Implant Guidance Call

Your Implant Guidance Call is a free, non-clinical advisory conversation conducted by ImplantBridge team members. The purpose of the call is to discuss your quiz results and what they mean, answer questions about the process of exploring dental implants, explain the ImplantBridge service, understand your timeline and circumstances, and determine whether introducing you to a vetted clinic is the appropriate next step. The Implant Guidance Call is not a dental consultation and does not constitute clinical advice. Our team members are not dental professionals, and nothing said during the call should be taken as a clinical recommendation, diagnosis, or treatment plan. If you have urgent dental health concerns, please consult a registered dental professional directly.

7. Clinic introductions and matching

About our partner clinics: ImplantBridge maintains a network of vetted partner clinics. Vetting involves assessing clinic specialisation, practitioner qualifications, case volume, patient feedback, and consultation process. Only clinics that meet our criteria are accepted into the network.

Limitations of our vetting process: Vetting is not a guarantee of clinical quality, treatment outcomes, or patient experience. Our assessment is conducted at the time of clinic onboarding and through periodic review — it is not a continuous audit. Clinical standards, personnel, and performance can change.

Nature of the introduction: If we introduce you to a partner clinic, that introduction is a referral of a general nature. ImplantBridge does not direct or influence the clinical assessment or treatment recommendations made by any partner clinic, is not responsible for the clinical judgment, advice, treatment, or outcomes of any partner clinic, is not a party to any clinical or contractual relationship between you and a partner clinic, and does not accept liability for any treatment decisions made by you or by a partner clinic. Your relationship with any clinic is solely between you and that clinic. You should satisfy yourself as to the qualifications, suitability, and pricing of any clinic before proceeding with treatment.

8. Not advertising a regulated health service

ImplantBridge does not directly provide a regulated health service as defined under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009. Our platform provides pre-clinical patient education and guidance. To the extent that our platform includes information about dental implant treatment as a general health topic, such information is educational and general in nature, not intended to promote any specific treatment or provider, and not a testimonial or endorsement of any clinical service or outcome. We operate in accordance with the advertising requirements of the National Law and the Australian Consumer Law to the extent they apply to our platform.

9. No clinical testimonials

In accordance with the advertising requirements of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, ImplantBridge does not publish or promote testimonials about the clinical aspects of dental treatment on our platforms. Content published on our websites may include general non-clinical feedback about the ImplantBridge guidance process (such as feedback about the Implant Guidance Call experience). Such content does not constitute a testimonial about a regulated health service.

10. Cost of service

Use of the ImplantBridge platform is free for patients. There is no fee to complete the quiz, book an Implant Guidance Call, or receive an introduction to a partner clinic. ImplantBridge is funded by partner clinics, who pay a fee when a patient they have been introduced to commences treatment. This commercial arrangement does not affect the independence of your guidance experience or our obligation to provide you with accurate, patient-first information.

11. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide through our quiz and in your interactions with us. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of guidance we are able to provide. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the general information on our platforms is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the completeness or currency of that information. Dental treatment decisions should always be made in consultation with a registered dental professional.

12. Intellectual property

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, and the quiz, is owned by or licensed to ImplantBridge and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)): ImplantBridge is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our service, your reliance on quiz results or Implant Guidance Call content, or your decision to engage with any partner clinic; ImplantBridge is not liable for any clinical outcomes, treatment complications, financial loss, or other harm arising from dental treatment provided by a partner clinic; and our total liability to you, if any, is limited to the resupply of the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at implantbridge.com.au/privacy. By using our service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in that policy, including disclosure to overseas service providers (GoHighLevel, Google, Meta).

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
