ImplantBridge is a patient guidance platform. We help Australians understand whether dental implants may be worth exploring before they speak with a dental clinic. We are not a dental provider, and we do not provide clinical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
We operate as a sole trader under ABN 15 798 487 692.
3. What personal information we collect
We collect the following types of personal information:
Contact information

Quiz responses (health-related information)
Our online eligibility quiz asks questions about your dental situation, general health, lifestyle factors, and interest in dental implants. Some of these responses may constitute health information as defined under the Privacy Act 1988. Health information is a type of sensitive information and is subject to additional protections under Australian privacy law.
Examples of health-related quiz responses we may collect include:
- Number and location of missing teeth
- Current dental health status
- Relevant medical conditions or medications
- Smoking status and other lifestyle factors
- Previous dental treatment history
Usage and technical data

We collect health-related quiz responses because they are reasonably necessary to provide the guidance service you are seeking. By completing the quiz and submitting your contact details, you consent to the collection and use of this information for the purposes described above.
5. Consent to collection of health information
Health information is sensitive information under the
Privacy Act 1988. We collect health-related quiz responses only with your express consent.
By completing our eligibility quiz and submitting your contact details, you:
- Consent to us collecting and using your quiz responses (including any health-related information) for the purposes set out in this policy
- Acknowledge that quiz results are not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation
- Understand that your information may be shared with third parties as described in Section 7 of this policy
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at

We also collect technical and behavioural data automatically through analytics and advertising tools described in Section 7.
7. How we disclose your information
Third-party service providers
Your personal information is disclosed to the following third-party service providers in order to deliver our service:
CRM and communications platform
When you complete our quiz, your contact details and quiz responses are transmitted to our CRM platform via a secure webhook. Our CRM platform is used to manage customer records, schedule calls, and send follow-up communications.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and usage on our quiz and websites. This tool collects anonymised behavioural data. Google LLC is based in the United States.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel on our quiz website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit and actions on our site and transmits this to Meta Platforms Inc., based in the United States.
Clinic partners
If your quiz results indicate that exploring dental implants may be appropriate, and you agree to proceed, we may share your name and contact details with a vetted partner clinic for the purpose of arranging a consultation. We will only share your information with a clinic with your knowledge and where it is consistent with the purpose for which you provided it.
We do not sell your personal information to clinics or any other party.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or in response to a valid request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
8. International data transfers (cross-border disclosure)
Some of our third-party service providers are located in the United States, including our CRM platform, Google, and Meta. When your personal information is disclosed to these providers, it is transferred outside of Australia.
Under APP 8 of the Privacy Act 1988, before disclosing personal information to an overseas recipient, we must take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the APPs in relation to your information, or you must consent to the disclosure.
By using our service and consenting to the collection of your information as described in this policy, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal information to our overseas service providers, who operate under their own privacy frameworks, including GDPR-compliant data processing agreements and applicable US privacy law.
Where possible, we ensure our overseas service providers have appropriate data processing agreements and security standards in place.
9. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our websites and quiz use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:
- Session and functional cookies — to support the operation of the quiz and remember your progress
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) — to measure site usage
- Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) — to measure ad performance and support retargeting
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our quiz.
10. How we store and protect your information
Your personal information is stored in our CRM platform, which uses industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988.
11. How long we retain your information
We retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to provide our service, maintain our business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
If you request deletion of your information, we will take reasonable steps to de-identify or destroy it, unless we are required to retain it by law.
12. Direct marketing
We may use your contact information to send you follow-up communications about your quiz results, the Implant Guidance Call, and information relevant to your inquiry. These communications are sent through our CRM platform.
Sensitive information (including health-related quiz responses) will not be used for direct marketing purposes beyond the primary purpose for which it was collected, unless you provide separate consent.

13. Your rights — access and correction
Under the
Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

- Lodge a complaint about how we have handled your personal information
